There are two types of occupations or "job titles". Every shinobi will have at least one job title which are typically genin, chunin, jounin and kage. They can range from the basic rookie genin to an advanced genin who has gained experience or a chunin, a genin who has passed the exams but is still part of his squad due to various circumstances. Students are well the same as squad members except a little bit more expansive in their jobs. Students can be squad members or can be students of a Kage or a Sage as well. He speaks on their behalf during important meetings with the council and village leader. The jounin hanchou isn't always the strongest jounin but they are the most trusted and respected and typically offer some sort of quality that puts him or her above the rest of the jounin.[/classy][/classy] [classy=etc][/classy][/style]

From the police force to the gate guards to the barrier squad, the security captain ensures that quality of safety is maintained within the village. He or she will make use of the Captains and Heads of the village in order to make their job easier and less stressful. The village leader is specifically in charge of village fundings, rank promotions and is in charge of the military, on and off war time. He or she is typically the strongest shinobi in the village. S/he is a liason between the village and its sister village run by a particular animal in which the sage is able to summon at will. S/he acts more like a religious figure head in the village, holding no allegiance to either village and rather helps to keep and maintain peace between them. In reality the Sage only has to ever answer to the village leader and does not work for the country.[/classy][/classy] [classy=etc][/classy][/style]
