I let an entire day pass- enough time for my chakra reserves to recover from the execution of my previous technique. With the entire day ahead of me, the hazy morning sun brightening the streets of Kamigakure below, it was time to get up off of my bed and start my daily cycle. A whole new day to live, a whole new adventure to pursue.
Footsteps. Echoing throughout the empty alleys of Kamigakure. It is early morning, a hazy and misty six AM. Though most would care to deny, this hour in central Kamigakure proves to be one of loneliness and eerie silence. Not a soul on the street, save for those few shop owners and patrolling ninja in the shadows. They didn't pay me notice as I cut through the streets, alleyways and rooftops. My long light hair and flowing black coat with "Kami" written on it was enough for them to distinguish me as their leader, at least for now. Picking me out of these lonely streets was quite an easy task, after all. But I knew that they wondered where I was going, what I had on my mind. That was, of course, a private matter. But I did in fact have a destination, and I wasn't just running around for cardio. There was somewhere I had to be, something I had to do. And time was very crucial. Though today was supposed to be my off day, I had put that feeling of regret aside and put my mind to more serious matters.
The previous night's rain had cast the shiny gleam of water across all of Kamigakure's stone-cobbled streets, and the splash that came with each footfall always reminded me of their presence. I sucked in a deep breath of fresh air as I continued towards the old Kami's Coliseum. The rain had proven to be quite a pleasant surprise this morning, as I always managed to enjoy this weather when it occurred. The fact that it practically scrubbed the streets of my home clean, and left that refreshing fragrance behind, had me up in the clouds. And as I approached my destination, I could only wonder whether it would rain again later on today. I leaped out of the suburbs of central Kamigakure, landing firmly onto a boardwalk that cut through the grassy, circular patio that surrounded the Kami Coliseum. And there it stood, in all of its ancient glory. That one place I had been headed towards all along. The grand coliseum.
The monumental amphitheatre had fallen into ruins long ago, but even today it was an imposing and beautiful sight. An immense elliptical building, five stories high, its sides crumbling with ancient rock. Its gateway was protected via a dense black gate, padlocked several times to prevent the entry of any intruders who might seek to use this locale as a place for shenanigans or hijinks. But luckily for me, I had swiped the keys from the Lord's Tower's vault just this morning, before leaping off to arrive here. And after I retrieved them, jingling and jangling as they were pulled out of my front coat pocket, I quickly set to unlocking this black barrier. There was something I had to attend to here, and I had no time to scale the sides of the coliseum on my own. Nor did I seek to put any unnecessary stress on myself, when I had already obtained the keys to enter.
I entered through the murky hallways of the empty coliseum, finally reaching its dusty center after making my way through the maze-like passageways. My black boots kicked up small clouds of dust as I walked towards the center of the ancient arena, headed towards the circular stone pattern smack in the middle. On it, engraved within the beige tablet, were pictures. Depictions of past events that would seem like nothing more than mindless drawings to anyone who wasn't in the know. Pictures of serpents, gargoyles, grain, farmers, the sun and the moon, an enormous gate... Upon reaching the center of this tablet, where a giant cloud was engraved, I stopped to an abrupt halt and crouched down. Running my fingers against the old stone, I sighed.
What must I pray about now?

Dirt was being kicked up into his face by the people who walked in front of him. What an appropriate situation, it wasn't like he didn't feel this way every day as he obediently took orders from his higher ups. He didn't find this city oh so interesting in the first place but being that he was still a rather incapable genin nobody had asked him to leave the city in order to complete a job. He knew this hidden village was among some of the less popular ones nowadays but even so he never felt as though he was being justified. It was one of those few things that while he didn't worry himself with the position he held in a small village he was unable to actually give himself the time of day to worry about it. Even being a genin in a village like this he still knew he could probably kiss ass left and right provided he was given another genin to sick on.
Those two different colored eyes wandering lazily around the city, he hadn't really been looking where he was going as he moved atop the city. The shingles cracked under his forceful foot as he looked upon the ruin of the city. While it was considered historic to some in the city he just saw it as land that needed to be put into new buildings to be built. Restoring this city to it's former glory was something everyone seemed to want to do and yet nobody actually seemed to be planning on doing it. He wasn't sure how these guys missed the whole thing about their city basically being a bunch of ruins. He couldn't fathom the idea that his city was actually stupid enough to keep getting their pride back when they refuse to knock all of this down and make a new and better city. This place has been in the shadows for a long while and yet, nobody seems to want to do what his neccessary to fix it.
"Jeeze, what stressful thoughts" Saturn thought to himself as he continued down towards the inner ruins. It was the perfect place to practice new jutsu even though the buildings were not structurally sound he knew it was the perfect place to do it since the buildings were already falling apart. As he was looking over the city he saw something move, was it an animal? Maybe a person? He didn't know nor did he care much but either way he had little more to do other than attack building and cause mass fires. Though he wouldn't really care much about the fires that start out here this person, whomever they were, he wants to follow them. Saturn just watched though, for the moment there was no reason to do anything unnecessary or follow the person. He couldn't even see them clearly even though he probably knew everyone in town.
As the figure had wandered into the old colosseum Saturn had to admit at this point his interest was piqued. Even he had to wonder what someone was planning on doing in there, it wasn't like anyone ever went into any of these buildings for no reason besides to train. Maybe he could watch from a skylight and see where he gets himself. He began to bound towards the building when he saw someone else too. What were all of these people doing here anyways? He was normally the only person who was ever here, or at least that he saw but now these two were invading his space. Saturn was not interested in foreign objects entering his object, if they did he would be more than happy to crush them with his abilities, or maybe refer to them as the satellites that make him truly ferocious. The boy had snickered at his lame analogy, for reading so much he certainly didn't have the most creative skills necessary to think of something witty.
He watched as the figure followed the other one into the building. He felt like they were too far for it to be assumed they were together. He hadn't really been paying attention really but from what he understood these two were separate. Even though he wanted to continue looking, he had watched as he realized that was the big lord guy, he was supposed to be strong while the girl was some rinky-dink know-nothing he wouldn't bother himself with. He looked towards both of them, still on the top of the colosseum looking down at them, he wondered if they could see him but he suspected if they looked around they would be able to see him but for the moment, observation was the key to understanding as he had learned from his endless nights of stargazing.[/style][STYLE= width: 400px; border-top: dotted 1px #009e54; text-align: center; font: normal 10px verdana; margin-left: 10px;]words: 808 notes: Butchered the post[/style][STYLE= width: 400px; text-align: center; font: normal 10px verdana; margin-left: 10px;]CREDITS: ROLLY of LOVE STAMP and BtN[/style] |

Seijin keeps jangled as he entered a long murky style hallway; only lit by random spots of lit torches around. Seijin light overcoat was bright as well which stood out mostly from the darken background that was the hallways. Each step seemed as if Seijin boots would be stuck in the muck, but his goal of coming here and praying was the only thing that really mattered. Slowly the door that Seijin had opened began to close, creepiness began to usher as the little night that pierced from outside to the inside of the hallways was quickly turning darker and darker.
As the stones of the ruins was covered in vines, and simple designs and marker from which was left here from very long ago. Sparked a certain smile across Seijin face; Seijin was not a very good sensor, but he felt the presence of another being-two at that. Maybe their here to pray? Seijin thought to himself as he began to walk towards a heavy bright room. Slowly Seijin made his way to this light. His overcoat floating in the wind, and his hair covering his face to the point only one side of his ripple-pattern eye began to show; Rinnegan was the name of this legendary eye. Passed onto from the gods above, it was said that even the Sage before him used these eyes to usher in a new age of shinobi, though Seijin only thought it was legend.
As he inched closer and closer to the light; he would slowly began to see the place where the past Lord's prayed. The room was a lighten brighten room that showed two large statues in gold. This was a place of worship and glory that was hidden from all, very few got to see such a amazing site that Seijin was seeing his eye lit up. He licked his lips as he took a case of stairs downward inching himself closer to the statues.
There he stood looking gazing at the site of these huge structures they were god-like themselves. Dawned in gold and different type of jewels and scrolls at the base of their feet. Left here by the Lord's before him was the only thing that made this day nice, but something began to spark interest in Seijin. At the base of foot of rather larger statue was "神" written on the foot; it seemed to be a push button switch.
Slowly Seijin took his hands from his pocket; and pressed the button before him. There the area around Seijin began to change the ground below him began to swirl and twist in a un-holy manner. Until the three large statues began to slowly proceed downward. Dust and rumble began to shake off the statue from years of not being moved Seijin watched closely as each of the statues disappearing rather quickly. He pushed his hair-back slowly, as the statues had moved complete raveling a huge waterfall behind it.
"Ah, so that's it now"
He said to himself, before kicking his right leg upward hopping on where the statues use to be and walking towards where the waterfall was. There he seen a large head statues spilling water from it; there on a large plate of gold that resided in the ground was a large symbol which displayed "祈る" which meant pray.
Seijin rushed over; and slowly sat down. He pushed his overcoat behind him before, crossing his legs sitting down falling into a deep trance. There he began to slowly pray to the gods. Here the only sounds he heard was the sound of the water crashing downward into a rather large pool of water. Peace and calm filled the area around Seijin there was nothing else to do,but pray.
Even gods are contempt of being calm

He looked over and around, knowing that he had to find out more or else this single curious thing would escape him. He needed something to do and badly or else he would be bored to death in this dying city. He peered over his shoulder to see his city higher up and wondered how this would go, he didn't have much to say at the moment, he still wanted to see what was up however he would soon be able to find out who this guy was and who the others in the area were.
He climbed down from rubbled ruin to rubbled ruin, his feet were slipping on the dusty rocks and rounded pebbles. Finally though he had gotten down the main drag and started to follow the man, he wondered who was going to be there and what exactly he was doing. As he continued and the man left into wherever that was he had to question the motives of the man. He had looked around on the ground for whatever the man had done in order to get into that weird place. He had to admit he didn't quite see the whole thing and missed a bit trying to get down but whatever the hell this old hall had he was certainly interested in maybe a treasure or an exposed individual making himself known to Saturn. He had finally found a mark on the ground and as he went down to touch he he noticed it was maybe a switch or something. He had pushed on it to reveal it might have more to it than once intended.
The fuck was this? It appeared that something was here. He had also seen the head statues and had seen a variety of other ancient artifacts. Most of this stuff looked pretty religious and expensive. He had to wonder why the main house of prayer didn't take these with them but surely someone who should have been loyal to the village would have been able to tell him a reason. Even so there was that figure again, he wondered who in the world it could have possibly been. The actual number of people he suspected down here were small in number but large in ego. He knew many who thought they might be close to their god and yet everyone knew nobody got to that level, ever. As he drew nearer he had to wonder who exactly it was and why were they here of all places. Why were they keeping this place a secret from such a large and well put together village. These things were off and he wanted to know the meaning behind it all.

Seijin sat there praying as he did all the time, but ever since the fight with that man it sparked many things that jacked Seijin forever. He began to have flashbacks of the man's life alot even at random times saying quotes or names that were dear to this male. Though Seijin ticks never seemed odd or funny, for the simple fact that Seijin won the battle that day and gained access to the jutsu that would turn the tides of power itself. Seijin remembering having flashbacks of that day quite often the amount of raw power that went along- and the fact he could have lost his life... and Saturn's.
Seijin came from out his payer dazed and pressed his right foot onto the ceramic tiles that covered the area. He pushed quite hard before using the weight to stand himself up. Seijin looked at the running water before turning there he spotted a voice he had not heard for quite some time. A big huge smile etched upon his face as he seen Saturn heading towards his way- quite angry that Seijin let this male enter this place, but the fact he sunk in was behind holy,but...it was Saturn and Saturn held a place within Seijin heart.
"... Hey! Whose there?"
The voice said, before Seijin looked rather simple as he always did, He opened up his mouth with a sigh and replied to the boy.
"Who else?"
Seijin looked at Saturn it had been weeks since the encounter at Ranpugakure and he had not seen Saturn since. For anything he didn't remember the ending of when Seijin passed out who saved him or not,but maybe he could get more information out of Saturn instead. He waved his hands at the boy lightly gesturing him to come towards him he opened his mouth before uttering.
"Come"

He honestly was more curious about the place this was. He had never seen anything quite like this and sure the man was super suspicious but he wasn't about to go on about how this man was all that suspicious. He was already aware that this guy was probably up to no good if he was just going to the ruins of the old times. There was no reason for him to even be here unless he was one of the elders or something. He looked around the room, wondering if the man was going to respond to him. He might only be a genin in this village and still have a heck of a lot to learn but nobody was going to ignore one of the few shinobi in this village.
Soon though, the character had revealed itself to be none other than his god in the flesh. He almost trembled at the fact he had addressed his god as such but at the same time felt as though he was justified for not knowing. It was a strange feeling he had and really wasn't able to say much in his defense of the awkward shouting he had been doing earlier. He certainly felt more than awkward about the whole thing, wondering when he was going to say something again because Saturn sure as hell was going to keep quite for as long as possible. He wasn't about to say another word without first being addressed by his lord, that was just how he was.
Seijin might have already known that though. The two of them had traveled to Mei no Kuni, just the two of them together and there wasn't really much else Saturn knew about the guy. He had put his absolute dedication and faith into the man, though it was still uncommon for him to call on a single person, especially a genin in order to possibly teach them or something. It was an an odd situation knowing that that man was here though. He had been working hard on medical ninjutsu and had even gained abilities in it that were considered incredibly difficult and that he was getting good with medical ninjutsu at an impressive rate. He was told though that getting stronger with the best technique would take time though, and that his studying wouldn't help him with one of the more technically difficult techniques.
As the man finally addressed him though, he had walked closer. His steps might have been what one had called tremor. He was not afraid but he was put off by the mans power. Any normal person would tremble if they were addressed by a god and had to step closer. It was as though his skin was going to peel away as he got closer to the man. Even so, he continued forward, his steps moving his body and reluctant mind forward. It was a mixed honor to be addressed, because it was scary to imagine what he might do to you after being spoken to like that. He came closer, near the man but not too close, respecting the mans distance. He wasn't sure what exactly was going to happen next, he was highly anticipating something to happen, anything at all.[/style][STYLE= width: 400px; border-top: dotted 1px #009e54; text-align: center; font: normal 10px verdana; margin-left: 10px;]words: 561 notes: Uh, son[/style][STYLE= width: 400px; text-align: center; font: normal 10px verdana; margin-left: 10px;]CREDITS: ROLLY of LOVE STAMP and BtN[/style] |

"Sasuke...I was the brother you always wanted."
There it went again, the out brust of that man's life, ever since the day of travel to Land of Darkness it has been a strange thing happening inside of his mind. This uncontrollable tick that Seijin got after gathering the said information from him. Seijin shook his head lightly before walking closer to the boy. It had been saturn in the flesh- though Seijin was happy to see the boy there was business that needed to be taken care of. Seijin tapped the shoulders of Saturn as he inched him to walk with him towards the edge of the Limestone floor to sit down.
There Seijin stood at seat as he gazed into Saturn's eyes and he breathed slowly inward and outward he wanted to ask Saturn a simple question.
"What happened that day I fell out? How did I get home Sasuke?

Soon though he had tapped his shoulders, a silent shudder went through Saturn as he was faced with the fact he was being touched by a god. It was one of those things he refused to feel for and was one of those things he cared towards. He looked in the general direction of his lord he did not however give the man any mind. It was odd to think of, he certainly was able to give it some thought but with the limited amount of contact the two had there was nothing that he would really care to do about it. Still Saturn thought his lord was acting oddly lately. He didn't hear what he said before but whatever it was he did think it was interesting.
The question came and Saturn wasn't sure how to answer it. He had never heard anyone mistake not only Shokugo but Saturn as well, an interesting mistake his god normally would never make. It confused him so, even as things were he was not sure how to answer. He was put in a situation where he wasn't even sure how to take the question. He assumed just do his best to answer the question regardless of the awkward situation or the fact that he didn't know who that was he decided it would just be easier for him to just answer the question. He looked his god straight in the face, provided he was lacking some eye contact that didn't particularly matter at the moment he was formulating an answer to the question he was given, wondering what was going to come next.

Seijin looked upward into the sky, as Saturn began to talk the sounds of his voice echo'd throughout the stone covered building. The fact that Seijin managed to get home on his own free will shocked Seijin. His eyes widen before turning towards Saturn and placing his hand on his shoulders. Gripping it lightly as if he was worried in some way.
"Let's leave this place, there is something we must do. I fear that ahead is something great that will come and test your ability as a ninja....Kamigakure ninja. Something so unholy you might want to question your very faith towards me, and for that I must get you ready for the inevitable."
Seijin said releasing his grip from the male's shoulders, bring them towards his sides as he hopped down from the stone covered floor of the building. As he dug into his pocket for a key spinning it around rapidly before heading towards the darken lighten hallway leading towards the exits he was before when he came in.
"Meet me outside, there your training begins."

It was a strange feeling that was overcoming him at the moment. He was being faced with the fact that of a god in your presence. Saturn had never found the fact that his god was in a human form and that his body was just a vessel. Everyone knew those eyes were those of a gods. An interesting thing being faced with your god though and he was telling you things like Seijin was. It was the kind of thing one would never be able to imagine before. Your own god telling him your trust in him might falter, as though that was possible to this incredibly loyal servant. A strange feeling coursed through his veins at the word, though then again he was always nervous near his god.
As the man walked down the lit path, Saturn had to wonder a few things. He had looked over towards the god, though Seijin was in front of him he dared not catch up incase he had to look his god in the eyes, something he found very disrespectful. He knew that many were bothered by his eyes and the eyes of his god were all powerful tools of judgement and creation. But even if they were going off to some so called training it struck a chord in the mind of this simple boy. Why train him and not those of the powerful bloodlines? Those with exceptional talent or something. Why was he somehow so special? He didn't imagine anyone else was particularly less dedicated and he was just a normal Shinobi, so why him? Why him of all the others when he was really in no way special.
"My lord I must ask... Why me? I bare no special powers or talent; nothing of particular interest to someone as powerful as you."[/style][STYLE= width: 400px; border-top: dotted 1px #009e54; text-align: center; font: normal 10px verdana; margin-left: 10px;]words: Dunno notes: Crap post is crap[/style][STYLE= width: 400px; text-align: center; font: normal 10px verdana; margin-left: 10px;]CREDITS: ROLLY of LOVE STAMP and BtN[/style] |
